Of course, there is more to this than first appears, and in my experience, talking to hundreds of people in business, it would be very accurate to say one of the biggest causes of business owners of various stages of development and size falling from grace is ego!

Nothing corrupts more quickly than power and an ego that is not in balance. We all have a duty to ensure we and those around us don't take ourselves too seriously and remember that success is never a solo game. We need people around us; we need people to support us.
